We are looking for a talented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for supporting our marketing team in various campaigns and activities to enhance our company's market presence. Ideally, the candidate will live in Western Pennsylvnia or Ohio. Some travel will be required to support company events and initiatives.
Coordinate Marketing Activities: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. This includes online and offline channels like social media, email marketing, events, and more.
Social Media Management: Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience.
Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, blog posts, and social media content.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitors.
Event Planning: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
Analytics and Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and create regular reports to share insights with the team.
Manufacturer Relationship Management: Liaise with our manufacturers’ marketing teams and agencies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company goals.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, social media management, or a related role.
Knowledge of the PHVAC industry is preferred but not necessary.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with marketing software such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
